Buyer Orientation

Welcome to my Buyer Orientation.  I have found this process the easiest way to educate buyers on buying a home.  The following outline is what I use as a guide to walk through the process.  It is a very simple outline and is only a guide.  The real benefit is the conversations that stem from this.  I can determine what topics my buyers are concerned about or areas they may need more education.  I typically like to meet at a coffee shop so it is not so formal and it usually takes about an hour.  I highly recommend you contact me for your Buyer Orientation or contact your Realtor.
